Environmental considerations
- Solar heated water is provided to guest.
- The hotel does not use any plastic bags and adopted a green purchasing policy by using local materials in the construction and operations of its sites, as well as locally sourced and produced goods…
- Towels and bed sheets are not changed too frequently unless asked by guest during their visit
- The staffs are highly aware of the importance of heritage and environment and volunteer on clean up activities organized by the company.
RESTAURANT
- Small cozy restaurant done in Nepali décor
- Open roof-top terraced garden on the 4th floor, which overlooks the famous Swyambhunath views of Royal Palace against the back drop of mountains beyond the northern horizon.
- Both the restaurants offer the very best of Nepali, Indian, Chinese, Thai and continental menus.
Environmental considerations
- The hotel does not provide guests with plastic mineral water bottles, but instead mineral water is offered to you through our small mineral tanks in glasses.
- Please try and carry or your own bottles which will be filled up by the hotel and avoid buying mineral water from outside.
Plastic is urged to be avoided. For shopping, the hotel provides with cloth shopping bag which is to be returned to the hotel or can be bought.
